THE USER
Anyone who has access to the Site is defined as a User, regardless of their (private or professional) quality, where they are, how they connect to the Site, the object and purpose of their access to information published on the Site.
First, we remind you that the use of http://www.monoi-institut.org/ assumes that you have the necessary hardware and software required to use the Internet. 
In addition to that, we remind you that the Internet does not ensure the security, availability and integrity of data transmission. We can not be held liable for any errors, omissions, deletions, delays, failures (including because of virus), communication lines, hardware and software on which we have no control or in the event of unauthorized use or damage of any content you may publish on this site.
It is up to each User to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data, hardware and software from viruses or other forms of attack that may be circulating through the Site or the published information.
So as to be taken into account, reclamations of the User shall be posted to the Editor as registered letters demanding an acknowledgement of receipt.

AUTHORIZED USES OF THE WEBSITE
The Site and the information published are reserved to:
- Consultation of information thanks to the automated data processing system of the Editor;
The User is allowed, unless otherwise specified in specific documents within the Site, to view, interact with, print or download audio and video material found on the site for exclusively personal, informational and non-commercial interests.
Creating links pointing to the Site Home page is tolerated insofar as the links can be opened in a new browser window. At any time, the Editor keeps the right to end this tolerance if it appears that the link to the Site is liable to prejudice the interests of the latter.

UNAUTHORIZED USES OF THE WEBSITE
Without the express prior authorization of the Editor are prohibited any reproduction, representation and uses other than those mentioned above, including:
- Any changes brought to the document, licence concession, creation of derivative works from the content of the Site.
- Any extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, a substantial part of the contents of the databases created by the Website;
- Any repeated and systematic extraction or reuse, including for private purposes, of even an unsubstantial part of the contents of the databases created by the Website.

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOURS
Any User who does not respect these Terms of Use shall be liable to civil or criminal prosecution concerning, among others, violation of copyright, similar rights, rights of databases producers as well as automated data processing systems.
It is recalled to the User that the Penal Code (Article 323-1 and following ones) punishes with penalties of up to a five-year sentence to jail and a fine of 75,000€, among others:
- Access and fraudulent retention an automated data processing system,
- The removal, alteration or fraudulent adding of data to the system,
- Hindering this system,
The Publisher may take penal proceedings against the User who does not comply with these measures.

PERSONNAL DATA
Putting into practice the measures of the law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, any person has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them. The exercise of these rights is carried out at any time by post to the following address:

Any use of the site is recorded. The User is informed of the possibility the Editor has to implement automated data collectors so as to identify the User and the User’s visits on the Site. PRACTICAL LAW AND JURISDICTIONAL COMPETENCE
If any user, regardless of their location, does not respect any measure of these Terms of Use, and more generally any difficulties related to their execution, interpretation or validity thereof are subject to French law and the French courts.
